Associate Product Manager

WPPOOL is hiring an Associate Product Manager who combines a passion for product management with strong UI design skills in Figma. If you’re someone who wants to think like a PM and create like a designer, this hybrid opportunity is perfect for you.
You’ll work across design and product, turning ideas into real features and collaborating closely with developers, designers, and marketers to make them a reality.

📌 Job responsibilities that you need to perform:

• Use Figma to design product UIs and iterate on interfaces that enhance user experience using design system
• Design wireframes, flows, and visual assets for the products
• Prepare specs for developers and ensure UI consistency throughout the product
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, QA, sales, and support to manage and shape the product lifecycle
• Assist Product Managers in user research, writing specifications, conducting QA, and preparing documentation
• Maintain and manage the product backlog by adding user requests, organizing tasks, and prioritizing features based on impact and urgency
• Understand user pain points, Identify and fill product gaps
• Track competitor products, analyze gaps, and suggest improvements
• Work with the feedback from users (external and internal) to make products better
• Ensure every team member at WPPOOL has a strong understanding of the product while fostering a collaborative and friendly environment

🛠️ Requirements that you must have:

• 0–2 years of experience in Product, UI/UX, or related fields
• Strong Figma skills and basic understanding of design systems and UI/UX principles
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
• Multi-tasking ability and performing cross-functional team management role with developers, designers, marketers, QA and support teams.
• A keen eye to understand and review the user experience flow from the wireframe and design elements
• A mindset of researching and exploring
• Has to be curious and enthusiastic about the work
• Strong command of English and ability to communicate ideas clearly
• Love to explore and use new technologies

🔍 Nice to have:

• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or any SaaS products is a plus
• Coding experiences such as basic knowledge of web development platforms, databases, and infrastructures
• Experience with designing marketing visuals or product assets
• Exposure to user psychology, copywriting, or marketing strategy
• Previous experience shipping or contributing to a live product

🎓 Educational Requirements:

A degree is not required. But you must be well-versed in English. Good communicator and well-behaved.

💰 Salary: 20k – 35k BDT (Depending on Experience)

• 8 AM – 5 PM (But we’re very flexible regarding this)

• Weekly: 5 days
