🛠️ What You Need to Excel

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or SaaS marketing, ideally within the WordPress or web tech space.
• A proven track record of leading a marketing team and scaling digital growth.
• Hands-on experience with paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and performance-focused campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and marketing automation tools (like GA4, Ahrefs, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Hotjar).
• An analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bonus: Previous involvement in the WordPress community (WordCamps, forums, plugin contributions).

📌 What You Will Be Doing

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

• Strategic Vision & Ownership: Define, develop, and meticulously execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that directly contribute to plugin growth, user retention, and brand expansion.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and empower a cross-functional marketing team, including content specialists, designers, and performance marketers. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Performance Marketing & Paid Acquisition: Design, implement, and continuously optimize high-impact paid acquisition campaigns across key platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads & Reddit Ads) to significantly boost installs, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Content & SEO Excellence: Own and evolve our comprehensive content strategy (blog, email, holiday season campaigns, social media), meticulously plan editorial calendars, and spearhead SEO initiatives to maximize organic visibility and traffic.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Architect and refine conversion funnels and automated email sequences to accelerate Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), minimize churn, and enhance user onboarding experiences.
• Data-Driven Analytics & Reporting: Establish and maintain robust marketing analytics frameworks. Own key performance indicator (KPI) reporting, develop insightful dashboards, and leverage data to inform all marketing decisions and optimizations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster seamless collaboration with support, engineering, and partnerships teams, translating customer feedback and market insights into actionable growth opportunities.

🎓 Educational Requirements:

A degree is not required. But you must be well-versed in English. Good communicator and well-behaved.

💰 Salary: 50k – 70k BDT (Depending on Experience)
