🛠️ Skills We’re Looking For:

• Proficient in WordPress website design using existing templates & plugins.
• Experience using popular WordPress page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, Bricks, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SEO setup and optimization for WordPress.
• Ability to troubleshoot common WordPress issues (layout, plugins, performance).
• Creative in redesigning and organizing websites without the need for full UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with website optimization and security practices.

💡 Extra Skills (Great to Have, But Not Required)

• Experience in WordPress theme development from scratch.
• Basic understanding of PHP, JavaScript, and WordPress core mechanisms.
• Ability to optimize site performance (e.g., speed optimization, security concerns).
• Strong communication and time management skills, especially when coordinating with teams across different time zones.

• Modify and customize existing WordPress templates to create aesthetically pleasing website designs.

• Respond to design requests and create new designs within WordPress.
• Provide daily progress updates and summaries (written or video).

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• 20k – 50k BDT (Depends on Skill and Experience)

  • 5 days per week
  • Weekend: Friday, Saturday
  • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (But we’re very flexible regarding this)
